What started as a fun experience has become a real passion??
When my husband and I bought our first investment property to remodel we turned a house that you would be afraid to step in into a a beautiful townhouse. Unfortunately after a couple of months on the market it was not selling. We decided to rent it. When we put our first house on the market the same thing happened.
Once we put our first house on the market again after a few years we decided to stage it and after the first week end on the market we had a few contracts. The same thing happened with all the houses we have remodeled and sold.
Talking from experience staging makes all the difference. A lot of people have a difficult time visualizing what could be with an empty space. Staging helps buyers see how they could live in the space.
